As you may know, recently we attended the Self-Reliance Expo and I am very proud to say that people were taken back by our Survive2thrive Preparedness Pail. “Finally! An organic storable food” is what we kept hearing. I was so please by the response and to be able offer a healthy diversification to people’s stored foods.
We were also able to take a look at other stored food offerings. Now, for the most part we knew what they offered; Freeze dried, dehydrated, and/or processed food high in calories, sodium and junk designed to keep you alive but definitely be detrimental to your health. But the one main difference other than our bucket being certified organic and real food was that no one is offering Stored Greens. They are offering “complete” meals but without any greens. How is that a “Complete” Meal? Not were I am from. Eating greens is essential to your health and digestion. Hence why we offer the Vacuum Sealed Enerfood.
Now I am not saying that our preparedness pail is the one and only stored food option. But what I am saying is that you must diversify your stock and you MUST store greens.
